JVK is a unique food service opportunity to a qualified operator.
Originally created in 2017 by Steve Paoli and Kristina Skoro with the idea of providing a plug-and-play restaurant space hosting rotating popups and chef-driven private events. Since then we have revised our business model to focus on just 2-3 chef users.
Centrally located and tucked into a residential neighborhood in SOMA with plenty of street parking we offer a well-stocked FOH with a sitting capacity for 36 guests and an efficient, compact galley style kitchen.
Use it as a ghost or prep kitchen, pickup location or go big and showcase your restaurant concept on a regular schedule.
Users must provide liability insurance, be locally licensed and SFDPH certified food safe.
There are no alcohol sales or BYOB without proper licensing.
Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
Saturday + Sunday 9am-10pm
